Satsumas, nutmeg, rocksalt, creme caramel, leather, Scottish tablet, white chocolate, almond, Juicy Fruit chewing gum, mint choc chip ice cream.

Brine, honeyed apricots, lemon bon bons, lime, salted caramel, poached pear, melon, peat smoke, toasted brioche.

Finish
Sea salt, stewed apples, lemon zest, fresh ginger, white pepper and sweet liquorice
