This Kentucky Bourbon 6YO was finished in a first-fill ex-Brandy barrel for 14 months. Think cask strength Bourbon.... with an additional rich, date-y, raisin-y layer. It's fabulous!

Clear apple juice, butterscotch, hot cross buns, Irish coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, Demerara sugar, pencil shavings, dates, raisins, dark chocolate, burnt popcorn and anis

Palate
Pepper, sarsparilla, vanilla caramel, stone fruits, dried fig, golden syrup

Finish
Baking spices, gingerbread, black pepper, toasted rye bread, black liquorice.
