Nose
Bubblegum, caramel, white pepper, Demerara sugar, mead, varnished cedar, cut grass, pine and apple pie.

Palate
Nice ‘n’ spicy! Cinnamon, cloves, ginger sponge, brown sugar and more apples and more white pepper.

Finish
Long and tannic with orange rind, parma violets and yes, you’ve guessed it, more apples and pepper.
