Nose
A fruit cocktail; Granny Smiths, candied lemons, green grapes, quince and apricots along with a heavy sprinkling of icing sugar and beeswax.
PalateA wonderful wave of sea salt, honeyed porridge, Hobnobs, millionaire shortbread and fresh ginger.
FinishButterscotch, lemon zest, toasted almonds and more coastal saltiness.
