Cawdor Springs 10YO Margaux Barrique

Our first ever Brackla bottling. The trade name for the spirit is Cawdor Springs, tipping a very affectionate hat at Cawdor Burn, which feeds Royal Brackla Distillery. 10 years old and fully matured in a Margaux wine barrique.

Nose
Set honey, beeswax, caramel, honeysuckle, jasmine, maraschino cherries , pine, hot chocolate pudding and strawberry creams.

Palate
Blackberry jam, black forest gateau, cherry menthol and baking spices.

Finish
Dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, treacle and brown sugar
