Nose
Decidedly minty with heather honey, leather, cedar, dried apricots, campfire ash, dried flowers, marzipan, light honey and coastal saltiness

Palate
Brine, burnt lemon peel, peatsmoke, strawberry sweeties, green apples, mango, orange peel, liquorice and root beer

Finish
Candied orange peel, peppermint oil, lemon bon bons and honeyed smoked ham!
