Millionaire’s shortbread, seaweed, peppermint, flowers (past their best), lemon sherbet, chalk, mineral/stone, cut grass, salted caramel, wood varnish.
Palate
Funk, medicinal, cinnamon, earthy, mushroom, lemon zest, plum, pear, toasted nuts, marmalade, high roast coffee, marzipan, ginger, toast, citric acid and cooking apples.
FinishOak tannins, baked apples, sour apple sweets, malt, charred oak, stone fruits (apricot), cocoa nibs, burnt toast
